REI FLAGSHIP STORE SEATTLE

The REI Flagship store located in Seattle, Washington is an 80,000 square-foot massive structure with a staff of about 380 employees. The store receives a sizable amount of visitors, thus making it’s visitor flow system at check out extremely important. KCG modeled the check out area, by testing different floor plans in order to determine the most optimal plan for both general and peak visiting hours.
